Dr. Affan is well known for his widely popular Seminars in Jacksonville and many other areas around the country like "Caring For New Born", " Newborn Hospital Care" and many other interesting lectures to the community.

Dr. Affan is also a member of the board of directors, for the Healthy Mother Healthy Babies Coalition of Jacksonville.
